“I care deeply about the medical profession and want my colleagues to lead their best life.

There are the six types of clients who come to me on a routine basis for coaching.

If you are:

  • A physician in a leadership position who is developing new skills in managing people, communication, and business.

  • A physician who feels constrained by medicine and are ready to expand yourself in your current career or transition to a new one.

  • A physician who loves medicine but is struggling to maintain your wellbeing and energy.

  • A physician who has been given feedback to improve in a particular area of your work, such as communicating, interacting with staff, undesired behavior or personality problems.

  • A physician entrepreneur who is developing additional or alternative streams of income.

  • A busy mom who wants to ‘have it all’.

… then I am definitely the coach for you!”

More from Dr. Robyn Alley-Hay:

“I am a recovering perfectionist who lost her inner badass bitch. I was left with feeling like a failure and imposter in my own life. Shame consumed me, and I almost became a suicide statistic. I have always loved coaching patients and have created a second career and life coaching women in a career I love! My life is a fulfilled life: an authentic and brave life that I author and create. I am committed to bringing empowerment to women all over the world with an emphasis on my women colleagues in medicine.

In making a career change, there is what you move away from and what you move toward. If you want to make a change, including the possibility of reclaiming your love for medicine, you move away from unworkability and toward the freedom to BE! That is the secret! I moved away from unworkability in my traditional Ob/Gyn practice and moved toward the freedom to be unleashed, self-expressed, mindful, and loud when I want to! This is what I am committed to being a part of for every one of my willing colleagues.

My ideal client has most likely been referred to as a bitch at some point in her life. She is a leader and in charge, and has possibly lost her mojo or muchness because of her own limiting beliefs and constraints. She may feel boxed in or overwhelmed with obligation and responsibility that she feels she has very little control over. She’s forgotten who she really is – badass, powerful, and on purpose. If that sounds like you, please get in touch!”
